for JANUARY/FEBRUARY : Celebrate abundance through the
Anhata

DECEMBER:
Blending the energy and power of the naval chakra with the
soft compassionate energy of the blooming lotus at the heart
chakra; prepare your mind and body for a soul fulfilled holiday
season.
NOVEMBER:
Empower yourself by nurturing strength in the naval chakra,
improve your digestion & metabolism, gently flush the liver
with love, feel your tummy flatten!
OCTOBER: body strengthening through hormonal balance -- fire
up your metabolism as the Autumn air turns crisp, turn on
your tapas, the internal furnace of regeneration.
SEPTEMBER:
learn to balance Prana & Apana, Lifeforce & Elimination, the
desire of the Heart & the strength of the Will.
JULY:
learn a meditation which assists you to deeply trust your
decisions, call in the strength, energy, and balance of Jupiter,
expand your strength and capacity for waves of summer bliss.
JUNE:
practice vinyasa, mantra, and meditation to eliminate fear
& break addictive patterns that no longer serve you. practice
kundalini bound lotus kriya for miraclous healing.
MAY:
our focus this month will be on kriyas for healthy digestion
& relieving allergy symptoms; also learn how to get into and
practice bound lotus & other ways to sit comfortably for meditation.
APRIL:
fruit meditations AND earth day celebrations. bathe in the
consciousness nectar of the upper chakras through gentle movements
& integrated mantra practice.
MARCH:
our practice focuses on blessing ourselves and each other;
tuning in, connecting to the positive mind and the energy
of gracious gratitude while giving the immune system a Spring
Tune-Up with Kundalini Lymphatic Massage! These classes are
a deep intensive for Yogis of all levels of experience.
