The practice of alignment in your body, in your mind, and in the world beyond the yoga mat. This is a dynamic flow class set to a great soundtrack that invites participants to safely practice Yoga, grow strength and flexibility and learn skills needed for an intermediate/advanced Yoga practice. We use a lot of props to insure everyone has access to poses. At the beginning, props are used to assist in going deeper into asanas, and towards the end of our flow props will be used to allow people to feel completely held, so that they drop into a relaxation state which allows the nervous system to deeply restore.
This is a core centered fitness class where we will also target areas of your body via high intensity training challenges, primarily using body weight. The exercises you learn in this class can be done anywhere and are great for athletes, cross trainers, & enthusiasts looking to expand their strength & mobility. We will end each class with 15 minutes of stretching to gain mobility & lower your risk of injuries.

Great for all fitness levels. Emphasis is on total body toning and conditioning through water resistance. Stabilize joints, plus strengthen and elongate muscles with drills and exercises. At the end of class, we will flow through yoga postures that are harder to access on land, using the weightlessness and support of the water.

For the above average exerciser who seeks a fun cardio workout. Buoyancy belts are worn so you can amp up your efforts safely giving your spine great alignment and support while moving. This class is excellent for people looking to cross train, tone their bodies, and participate in a cardiovascular conditioning workout.
