But equally important, in my experience, was having Yoga & mediation component we did each day of the cleanse. This 30-40 min practice became a kind of clearing-house of the emotions, an arena to work out the exuberance or the frustrations of the day, but also to ride out the the roller-coaster of the different phases of cleansing. Our food intake includes some meat now, but has become mostly vegetarian; meat is no longer the feature of all our meals.
